Kinpoint is the new rewards system of KinEssor.

Receive points for each new candidate that you add to our database, which is related to open positions in KinEssor. With these kinpoints, you will be able to buy various products such as eLearning courses, KinEssor promotional items, different mysteries products or even donate to the charity of your choice.

• 25 points if the candidate was in the process of selection by our client, so if KinEssor submit the curriculum vitae.
• 500 points if the candidate is hired by the client.
• Bonus points bonus : a position to be filled quickly or for a particular job, for example.

Candidates you refer remain linked to your profile for a period of one (1) year. After this introduction is no longer valid.

An employee of KinEssor will contact you to confirm whether the reference will get you points, within 5 working days. A candidate who is already in our database may not be referred again.

Subsequently, a second email will be sent when the points will be awarded, this will be at the end of the hiring process for a given position.
