• Identify and advise clients on instructional strategies through use of technology for learning and training.
• Designing blended learning course asynchronous and synchronous (including the "serious games" and "Knowledge Management").
• Scripting of online courses in close collaboration with content experts and multimedia integrators.
• Support sales by design and presentation of online learning solutions.

• Academic qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor in Education or equivalent
• Five (5) years experience in adult education, ideally in business
• One (1) year of experience designing online courses
• Technical Requirements:
• Training
• Multimedia design
• Professional redaction
• General Criteria:
• Fluency in French and English spoken and written
• Excellent analytical and screenwriting
• Excellent skills to guide, advise and negotiate
