Reporting to the Business Initiatives Director, you must provide professional support to sectors supported to foster their development according to business objectives. In addition, you must maintain and improve systems, tools and work processes while participating in the implementation of major projects.

You have to produce and analyze various reports and rigorously monitor the integrity of information in a complex system. You will be involved in defining the information needs of management and sales tracking tools with internal customers. You will also provide operational support and technical advice in the context of diverse issues and promote solutions.

• Understanding the issues, identify and analyze the needs of internal customers, document requests, develop recommendations and approve the needs for automation to improve management reporting and production.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of new tools / processes, including acceptance testing, taking into account the requirements and operational needs.
• Participate in the analysis and review of existing processes and recommend ways of improvement in terms of efficiency and control.
• Improve treatment and integrity of information disseminated by the introduction of various controls to support the dissemination of a single coherent view of the organization.
• Support forces inside and outside sales in achieving their objectives by developing management reports and tools for tracking sales.
• Being able to execute the changes and developments in the most complex.

• Technical college degree or equivalent academic
• Experience with extraction tools such as SQL and MSQuery
• Experience with Business Objects (plus), Advanced Excel and Access
• Experience in business analysis (desirable)
• Aptitude for teamwork
• Demonstrate flexibility and autonomy
• Bilingualism (spoken and written) French and English
