General Description :
 

Our client is currently looking to enlist the services of a Senior Advisor, Site Architecture, Operations Support located in Montreal. The team's mission is to contribute to the transformation of the business sector particularly the Retail and Commercial Operations in articulating the transformation plan, bringing new ideas and solutions and a tangible contribution to their achievements.

You will act as an expert and see the evolution of policies and practices to maintain consistency with the guidelines of the company. Also you will increase productivity and profitability across different projects. In addition, you will act as a leader in your field of expertise and contribute to strategic directions and business sector.


Main Responsabilities :
 

As Senior Advisor, Architecture sites, you will act as expert advisor to the CEO and other sectors. You will make recommendations to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization as a whole. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will identify problems and complex systems and also see again the process of implementing projects to improve them and ensure their profitability. In addition, you will orient the development of projects, while ensuring their consistency with the guidelines of the company.

Also, you will lead major projects having a significant impact on operations, so as to increase productivity and profitability. You will optimize the use of human, technical, financial and material resources. You will ensure the understanding and communication of strategic issues for the sector. You will need to interact regularly with managers and senior management of the sector in order to influence them and make recommendations with significant implications at the policy level.
  • Take over the business of delivering the site architecture for the Personal and Business in the initiatives of the transformation plan as well as initiatives related to program MAX.
  • Through involvement in various decision-making committees (SDA and others), you actively contribute to the delivery of the integrated processing sector Retail and Commercial Operations.
  • Make recommendations and appropriate representations for sequencing initiatives in a logical order.
  • Facilitate meetings of brainstorming and work sessions using proven methods to promote creativity and the search for solutions.
  • Actively participate in other initiatives program MAX sure to communicate the vision, Operations Personal and Business.
  • Act as a "coach" in a matrix management environment, and particularly to the Retail and Commercial Operations resources, involved in various initiatives in the MAX program.


General Criteria :
 

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in a related industry, and 10 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree in a related industry, and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing large projects.
  • Proven experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in group facilitation and consensus.
  • Good knowledge in banking industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Visio software.
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic.
  • Influence and ability to make recommendations to the senior management.
  • Highly developed sense of self and organization.
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) French and English.
