Job Offer      Project Control Officer (PCO)

General Description :
 

Supporting the project manager, the PCO is responsible to ensure the follow-up of project activities regarding schedules, costs, resources, risks, outstanding issues and changes. The PCO also ensures the implementation of management indicators to manage its variables.


Responsabilities :
 

  • Elaborate and follow up project planning.
  • Identify and implement project follow-up mechanisms: schedule, deliverable goods, etc.
  • Identify relevant management indicators, reports and required project balance sheets.
  • Analyze data and make suggestions.
  • Produce reports according to schedule, budget, resources and deliverable goods.
  • Develop and produce the required balance sheet after deliveries.


Requirements :
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in project management or business computing.
  • Possess more than 5 years of experience in implementing computer systems, more specifically in project planning and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of best practices, principles and tools with respect to project management.
  • Participation and involvement in realizing two mandates in IT.
  • MS Project, Project Workbench or any similar tools is an asset.

Abilities :
 
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Interest for work well done and respect of schedules.
  • Sense of responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of financial domain (an asset).
  • Bilingual: French and English
