In the September 2010 issue of the magazine Coup de pouce, Marie-José Lalande, President, and Marilou Monette, Marketing Manager of KinEssor were interviewed in regards to teleworking at KinEssor.
“Although most everyone dreams of working from home? This is a concept that does not fit for all.
Marie-José, President of KinEssor, a consulting firm in the technology, firmly believes that telework requires a certain mindset. “You need self-motivated individuals, which do not get easily distracted and who demonstrate seriousness and rigor,” she says.
KinEssor published an article in the July-August 2010 edition of the journal Computer Science Department. The article was entitled “Communications unifiées: une analyse éclairée s’impose” and was produced in part by Mr. Martin Lavoie, Director, Telecom Expertise Centre of KinEssor.
“Resellers of unified communications solutions have begun to promote these technologies to companies. However, they remain skeptical, even confused, about the benefits they can achieve.
The UC are at the crossroads. Currently in the field of telephony, sales of IP communication systems are now exceeding those of traditional systems. This is not surprising considering that the costs are about the same in either of the systems. For the same cost, organizations are opting for a more up to date technology. “
